"THE FISHERMAN'S CHOICE" September - 06- 2010 6:00 PM Salmon season may be over but there are still some very nice bottom fish to be caught. Check out this ladies nice catch. Salmon: Salmon seasons are over for the year in the ocean. Bottom Fishing: Good fishing on the bottom grounds today. It just took a little more effort on the part of the fishermen. Crabbing is available but be prepared to "Cull" the soft shelled ones (they have no meat in them) Crab quality will improve as fall progresses. HALIBUT: Halibut fishing is all done for the year. TUNA: We just recieved and update form our tuna boat and the word is book the trips they are here.. DEPARTURE TIMES VARY, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO CONFIRM.
