Good fishing day in the fog
Fishing Report: 06/23/2026
The fishing today was really good with a good assortment of rockfish reported and some really nice Lingcod as well. The word over the radio today was that the secret holes out there for some of the skippers produced some really nice sized Copper rockfish like the one in the picture. The crabbing also produced some good scores especially in the past few days with today was around 4-8 per person on the different boats.

*Daily bag limit 4 fish per angler
*Yelloweye and Quillback rockfish prohibited at all times in all waters
*Canary daily sub-bag rockfish of 2 fish per angler
*Fishing open all depths year around
*Cabezon prohibited until 1 fish sub bag limit beginning July 1st-minimum length 16 inches- Lingcod bag limit 3 fish per angler minimum length 22 inches
*Flatfish bag limit 25 fish per angler
*Longleader fishing offshore outside 40 fathom regulators line-10 fish per angler-some specie restrictions do apply on this fishery do exist so check all ODFW regulations for this fishery.

What a day on the Surfrider
Fishing Report: 06/22/2026
The Surfrider had a 8-hour live bait trip going after the Lingcod this morning. If you have never heard of this trip they first go out and jig off the bottom in the sandy areas and catch Sand Dabs sometimes commonly referred to as "Lingcod Candy". Well that is what they did and then they went after the Lingcod on the rocky reefs where the Lings live and limited out on the "toothy critters". To make his passengers even happier they also limited out on the rockfish as well. Just to make it a little bit better if possible they pulled up enough crab to give each person 10-crabs. If you have never done this trip it should be on your next edition to your bucket list.

Fish3was good this morning and so was the crabbing
Fishing Report: 06/21/2026
As the picture shows the crabbing is getting better by the day and up to about 3-6 per person depending on the boat. The crabs seem to be in different places and depths every day. If you choose the right spot you seem to do really good. The fishing was also good today with limits are close to limits on most of ther Dockside boats and one of the smaller boats came home with a really nice number of Lingcod and some of the largest Canary rockfish also for a limit. We have one boat salmon fishing today and another on the Halibut Grounds.. We will let you know the results later in the day.
